A wonderful blended malt released by Berry Bros. & Rudd. This expression pulls together a number of Nordic malt whiskies, including Smogen, Fary Lochan, Teerenpeli, Mosgard, Myken, and High Coast. After maturing in a single sherry cask, just 146 bottles were filled at 59.7% abv.
The nose has campfire smoke, barbecued meat, and cinnamon sugar. The palate brings aniseed, white pepper, and wood polish before leading into a lingering and satisfying finish full of black cherries and cloves.
