An outstanding limited edition expression released to celebrate That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s 10th birthday. This expression was distilled in 2000 and is the first Calvados to be released by the company. This rare bottle matured in Bristol – something that will never happen again due to a change in law meaning that Calvados cannot be aged outside of Normandy.
Expect aromas of dates, toasted oak, nuts, and baking spices. The palate brings bright florals, spiced oak, raisins, and sultanas. The finish is dry and satisfying.
