This elegant single malt comes to us from England’s Copper Rivet distillery. It is made with barley from Kent. The dram is matured in a combination of virgin oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and is bottled at 45% abv.
On the nose, there is malt loaf, sugared almonds, and fresh porridge. The palate is creamy and well-rounded with lemon zest and milk chocolate before leading into the finish full of oat biscuits and fresh vanilla cream.
