The stunning Irish whiskey was entirely produced in Dublin which has not happened prior to this release for almost 50 years. Made from half malted barley and half un-malted barley, this stunning expression was bottled at 46% abv and is free from both chill filtration and artificial colouring.
The nose is smooth with garden herbs, peach, and baking spices. The palate is creamy toffee apple, sea salt, and espresso. This espresso continues into the decadent finish alongside apricot notes.
