Our collections (including Cask Treasures and Award Winners) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Orders constitute an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days and will confirm acceptance via email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. International customers may be subject to additional duties.

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

3.4 Shipping Restrictions

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Delivery Options

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

You must:

• Ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive delivery
• Inspect packages immediately upon receipt
• Report any damage within 48 hours

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Standard Returns

You may return unopened items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.2 Final Sale Items

Items from these collections cannot be returned unless damaged in transit:

• Cask Treasures
• Closed Distilleries
• Cask Strength Whisky

5.3 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days
2. Receive RMA number and instructions
3. Repackage securely with original materials
4. Ship to our Nottingham facility via tracked courier

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on spiritshquk.com, including product descriptions and imagery, is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Product Use

We encourage responsible consumption. We are not liable for misuse of our products.
